(MBOCHCI) and RED ANTZ MIAMI JOUVERT to photograph, record, film, videotape, broadcast and to transmit via the internet the performance of a registered individual at any event produced by MBOCHCI or RED ANTZ MIAMI JOUVERT, or to include them in the marketing and promotion of MBOCHCI or RED ANTZ MIAMI JOUVERT via flyers, brochures and any other printed material.  It is expressly agreed that MBOCHCI or RED ANTZ MIAMI JOUVERT may employ or authorize any third party, including the media, to exercise these rights on its behalf."
